Chicken, Duck, Turkey* – 165.2°F
*Turkey breasts should be 165.2°F, Legs should be 180°F
Ribs, Shoulders, Brisket – 190.4°F
Roasts, Steaks, Chops – Medium – 140°F
Roasts, Steaks, Chops – Well Done –159.8°F
Fully cooked at 159.8°F
